the Reno Computer Fix is an exciting place to work, there are no mindless box pusher positions. Every person on staff is constantly working together to find new ways to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest levels of service. We work together to find the best solutions for our customers. No two days are the same. No two jobs are the same. No two customers are the same.

We started in 2011 with $300 and a dream. The dream is to create a place that is fun and interesting to work at. We get to play with (and repair) new tech, and come up with new ways to leave our competition in the dust. The Reno Computer Fix has won best of Northern Nevada in Reno News and Review for best computer shop over Best Buy and Apple. Most employees stay here for over 1 year and we take pride in the services and products we sell. This position is more than a job, it's a role on a team. We rely heavily on one another and we need someone who will come through for us.

A qualified applicant will: Have

  • customer service experience and excellent people skills.

  • Have a driving interest in tech.

  • Have good handwriting. (It shows character)

  • have a clean work ethic

  • Have good soldering skills

The job consists of

  • 20% administrator work (paperwork etc,)

  • 50% technical repair work

  • 30% customer service

We are located in the newly up and coming Wells Avenue corridor. We're a 5 minute drive from UNR or Downtown, 15 minutes from North Valleys or 20 minute from Double Diamond.
